How we work

We start with a visit to look at your current boiler, pipework and radiators, and ask a few questions about hot water and heating. Most boiler swaps take one or two days. We clean the system before the new boiler goes in, fit a filter to keep it clean, and set up your controls so they’re simple to use. Before we leave, we show you how everything works and register the manufacturer’s warranty in your name.
We also fit new radiators and towel rails on their own, whether that’s one tired radiator in a cold bedroom or a whole house. Every job comes with a fixed written quote first.
