How we work
A new bathroom is a big job, and most of the worry comes from not knowing who’s doing what. We keep it simple: one team plans it with you, fits it from start to finish and leaves it ready to use.
It starts with a free visit. We measure up, look at what’s behind the walls and floor where we can, and talk through how you use the room. If you already know what you want, great. If not, we’ll suggest layouts and bring samples, and we’re happy to work with suites and tiles you’ve chosen yourself.
Within a week you’ll get a fixed written quote, itemised so you can see where the money goes. Once you’re happy, we book in a start date and tell you how long the room will be out of use. A typical family bathroom takes around two weeks; a cloakroom can be done in a few days.
While we work, we protect your floors and stairs, keep the rest of the house usable and tidy up at the end of every day. You’ll know who’s coming and when, and we’ll tell you straight away if we find anything unexpected, with a price before we do anything about it.
